(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the 5th respondent/Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board submits that post inspection, the factory in question was sealed in January, 2014 by the Food Safety Administration Department (not a party in the writ petition) and remain closed since then. This fact is substantiated by the affected party/eleventh respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the fifth respondent states that it is only on compliance of all the requirements, the factory will be permitted to be reopened.
3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of, as the grievance is redressed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
