Seeking a direction to fix an early date for final disposal of the above habeas corpus petition, the present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed.

Questioning the order of detention passed by the second respondent by his order dated 08.04.2022 in Memo No.56/BCDFGISSSV/2022, the above habeas corpus petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a businessman and none is permitted to see him in the prison. He would further submit that the petitioner's mother is unwell and thereby, seeks an early hearing and disposal of the above habeas corpus petition.

This Court does not find any sufficient reason to take up the matter out of turn. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.

The Registry is directed to list the main habeas corpus petition for hearing in the usual course.
