CMP.Nos.24297, 24296 & 24293 of 2023 in S.A.No.1639 of 2011 C.KUMARAPPAN, J The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that CMP.No.24297 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 307 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement and for impleadment.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has expressed no objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Having heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the same, CMP.No.24301 of 2023 is ordered and the delay of 307 days is hereby condoned.

Consequently, CMP.Nos.24296 and 24293 of 2023 are ordered as prayed for.
