The learned Official Liquidator has submitted that the highest bidder has paid the entire bid amount and therefore, she would seek confirmation of the sale.

Recording the same, the sale is confirmed.

The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to proceed further. The learned Official Liquidator is also permitted to refund the EMD of the second highest bidder that has been withheld by this Court pursuant to the order dated 29.06.2024.

Accordingly, the application is closed.
