Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to report before the trial court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.827/2018 in Crl.A.No.43/2018 ordered dated 29.01.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KRISHNAMOORTHY V., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.827 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.43 of 2018 dated 29.01.2018 directing the petitioner to report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been duly complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 01.02.2018 onwards. He would further submit that the petitioner's son viz., Neeranjan Kumar.K is suffering from Mild Intellectual Disability-Mild Mentally Retarded and is also suffering from learning disorder with specific impairment in reading/spelling. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner's son has been provisionally allotted Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) Course in Government Industrial Training Institute and Trade and since the petitioner, being his mother, has to accompany her son, she is unable to appear before the trial Court every month and therefore, filed the present petition, seeking for the above relief. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court on 29.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.827 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in four months (4) on the first working day of the concerned English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders, commencing from November 2019 onwards.
5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
