A Nos.3997, 3998 and 3999 of 2024 in T.O.S No.30 of 2005 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, i) to condone the delay of 1769 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant namely Mangayarkarasi and iii) to bring on record the respondents 3 to 6 viz., G.Narayanan, G.Ganesan, R.Lalitha and Vijayalakshmi being legal representatives of the deceased 3rd defendant Mangayarkarasi as defendants 4 to 7 in the above suit.

2. There is no representation for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
