ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the investigation in Crime No.394 of 2019, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The parties were present before this Court and it was informed that this Court has passed a detailed order in HCP No.1820 of 2019, dated 28.08.2019 and this Court had directed the daughter of the petitioner, who had married the de facto complainant, to join the de fact complainant. Both of them were also present before this Court. The 2nd respondent informed this Court that in view of this development, he is no more interested in prosecuting the case against his in-laws, and that the FIR can be quashed.

3.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and the subsequent development that has been taken place and also the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in HCP No.1820 of 2019, dated 28.08.2019, the FIR in Cr.No.394 of 2019, on the file of the 1st respondent Police is hereby quashed.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
