ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.6799 of 2026 in Crl OP No.35664 of 2025 dated 20.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6799 of 2026 in Crl OP No.35664 of 2025 dated 20.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
