(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the review petition.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the second respondent submitted that they have no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to number the petition and list the matter today itself.
