ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that the Advocate Commissioner appointed in this application has been paid his initial remuneration.

It is also represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that this application may be closed by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application as according to the learned counsel for the applicant, part payments were made by the respondent pursuant to the order passed by this Court. Accordingly this application is closed by 1/3

granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application, if a need arises against the respondent seeking for the very same relief. While considering the fresh application, this Court will consider retaining the very same Advocate Commissioner, who was appointed earlier in this Court in this application.
