ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.241 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Closure Report has been filed on mistake of fact before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Krishnagiri. The learned Counsel further submitted that R.C.S notice has also been served on the de-facto complainant in R.C.S.No.5 of 2023.
