The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the challenge in this Writ Petition is relating to the charge memo and the petitioner has submitted a representation for calling for some documents and the same was not considered by the respondents.

2.Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the writ petitioner has been dismissed from service, during the pendency of the writ petition. 3.Since the petitioner has already been dismissed from service, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, it is left open to the writ petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
