2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.21 of 2008 has been completed and further action has been dropped on 21.01.2013 on the ground that the abducted girl and the accused got married.
