2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.9(b) in Crl.O.P.No.665 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025 is relaxed.
