ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking clarification of the order dated 02.01.2019 made in WA.No.2585/2018.

2.Mr.G.Rajagopalan, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have title to more extent of property than what is the subject matter of the appeal in WA.No.2585/2018. Referring to the fact that the writ petition in WP.No.1454/2016 is confined to an extent of 50 acres of land out of total extent of about 86.86 acres in S.No.225/1A1A [Part], it is contended that the revenue officials have now rejected the application submitted by the petitioners herein in respect of the lands which are not the subject matter of the earlier writ petition in WP.No.1454/2016. 3.When this was seriously objected to by Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to give liberty to the petitioners

to challenge the proceedings / order dated 13.10.2020 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ponneri.

4.Therefore, with the liberty preserved to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 13.10.2020, this petition seeking clarification stands dismissed. (S.S.SUNDAR J.) (P.DHANABAL J.) 20-01-2025 AP To
