ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 is dispensed with.

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the sale deed document No.10680 of 2009 dated 29.10.2009 executed by the 3rd respondent in favour of 4th respondent before the 1st respondent on basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025 within a time frame.

3. After submitting for a brief while, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to approach the Civil Court. 2/5
