Heard Mrs.Al.Gandhimathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner ; Mr.L.P.Maurya, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

2.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that already the Information Commissioner has passed an order directing the petitioner to approach the First Appellate Authority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In the light of the above, placing the above submission on record, the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
