The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the first sale deed dated 25.06.2018 executed in favour of the petitioners 1 and 2, and to register the second sale deed dated 25.06.2018 executed in favour of the 2nd petitioner.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have approached the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register the sale deed in their favour. Since no action was forthcoming, the petitioners approached this Court by way of this writ petition.

3. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that no representation was submitted by the petitioners to the respondents with regard to the registration of the sale deed. If any representation being made by the petitioners along with the deeds, the same shall be considered by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the petitioners to submit a fresh representation along with necessary documents to the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made by the petitioners, the authority is directed to consider the same and proceed on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
