This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.813 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.51 of 2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
