O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner on 17.5.2019 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.Parameswaran, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the 1st respondent will pass final orders within the time fixed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the1st respondent to conduct the enquiry after affording opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5 and shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
