Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Mu.Mu.No.60860/J/E4/2020 dated 29.03.2021 and quashed the same. Further direct to the respondents to reconsider the petitioner's application dated 03.02.2011 and passed the any other order as deem fit under the circumstance of the case.

ORDER

Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. After the petitioner's father died as early as on 26.05.2009 an application was filed immediately after the death of the petitioner's father. The application was filed only for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seeking a reservation for appointing the petitioner on compassionate grounds. Even though the petitioner's mother could have been employed depending upon her qualification, now the petitioner has completed his higher education and seeks for employment on compassionate grounds. Such application cannot be entertained and which has been rightly rejected by the respondents.

3. Therefore, I find no merits in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the above observations. No costs.
