ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), the third respondent herein to grant compensation for acquiring the lands of the petitioner in Survey No.248/11 (New Sub Division Survey No.248/37 as per Patta No.1057) in Plot No.90 at No.136, Eraiyur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Mr.E.Manoharan, the learned Special Government Pleader made a statement that the award amount due to the petitioner has been transferred to the petitioner's ECS account bearing No.1988309063 in M/s.Central Bank of India (IFSC Code No.CBIN0280888) on 04.02.2021, for a sum of Rs.3,66,665/-.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition and this petition stands closed. No costs.
