These petitions has been filed (i) to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(a) and (ii) to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.13045 of on 05.06.2024

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerk Association, Chennai".

4. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
