O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the the respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's Trust representation dated 13.09.2021 within a stipulated time frame and consequently direct the respondent herein to issue patta in favour of the petitioner Trust and pass appropriate orders accordingly.

2. Heard Mr.W.Camyles Gandhi, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Yogesh Kannadasan, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent as well as perused the material available on records.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for both sides, it is seen that the petitioner trust was established for their community welfare and while the property tax has been paid for the property in Village S.No.176/10, Sub-Division No.111/10, Door No.39, Muniyappan Koil Street, Pillanallur, Rasipuram Taluk, Gurusamipalayam Ward No.1, in the name of former President namely Sengoda Mudaliar, now, the present President https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has made representation dated 13.09.2021 requesting to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner trust since it is in possession for more than a several decades. As there is no reply nor any order on the representation dated 13.09.2021 made by the petitioner trust till date, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 13.09.2021 made by the petitioner trust and pass appropriate orders on it within a period of twenty weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner herein.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any. There shall be no order as to costs.
