The petitioner seeks an interim injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or encumbering the property subject matter of the suit. The suit has been dismissed.

2.Any alienation made during the pendency of the suit or appeal will be subject to the result of the suit or the appeal. Hence, we see no necessity for grant of an injunction. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
