This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant and rank them as respondents 2 to 7 in the above appeal.

2.Though notice was served on the first respondent and there is no representation for the first respondent and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
