ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.43 of 2022, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other agency.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is almost complete and that a final report will be filed within a period of four weeks. 3.In view of the above, there is no need to transfer the investigation and it will suffice to record the submission made by the learned Additional Public prosecutor and there shall be a direction to file a final report within a period of four weeks. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions. 19.07.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order KP
