Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the second respondent herein in No.E2/369/2016/M dated 23.06.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to forthwith promote the petitioner as Master Grade II based on the seniority in the feeder category of Syrang before promoting the juniors.
