This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8916 of 2023 in dated 28.04.2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
