This application has been filed seeking to produce the documents. The relief sought for in the suit is for declaration of the Suit A,C and D schedule properties .

2. The main contention on which the plaintiff had sued is that the first defendant purchased the suit schedule property in the name of himself and second defendant (parents of the plaintiff) from and out of the money sent by him. The documents that are sought to be produced are basically bank transactions to show that the plaintiff has sent money to his father.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants would submit that he has no objection for the documents being received, subject to proof and relevancy.

4. In view of the said submission, this application is allowed. Accordingly, applicant is permitted to produce the documents subject to proof and relevancy.
