ssr 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed as 'Mistake of Fact' before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Katpadi. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in RCS No.07 of 2022.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
