Crl.M.P.No.12717 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11189 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11189 of dated 26.05.2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am., for eight weeks and thereafter, every fortnight for four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the quash proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.17520 of 2023, FIR has been stayed. Hence, the condition may be relaxed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11189 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
