This petition is filed to condone the delay of 25 days in preferring the above appeal against the fair and decreetal order dated 25.03.2022 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.12/2017 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Panruti.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent/ Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Ltd.

Learned counsel submitted that the respondent/Transport Corporation has also filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.1840 of 2022 and he has no objection for condoning the delay in filing the above appeal.

4. Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
