Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, seeking to direct the first to third respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as watchman in the fourth respondent college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salaries and allowances with effect from 21.12.2012 i.e., from his date of appointment with all attendant benefits by considering the proposal submitted by the fourth respondent college dated 03.01.2013 and 04.09.2019 and the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2021.

2. Though a wider relief has been sought for in this writ petition, it is noticed that the petitioner's representation with the first to third respondents is still pending consideration.

Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the first to third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
