Today, when the matter was called in the forenoon, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and requested to pass over. Hence, at his request, the matter was passed over. When the matter is taken up for hearing in the afternoon, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
