ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue - Ms.Thara, aged 21 years. She has come up with this petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for the production of the detenue.

2. Today, the petitioner, detenue and the 3rd respondent are present. The 3rd respondent is also represented by his counsel. The detenue is a major. On enquiry, the detenue has informed us that she has since married the 3rd respondent and has been living with him.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. However, considering the apprehension expressed by the detenue, we direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the detenue as and when required.

4. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed with the above directions.
