This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.5404 of 2020, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 04.03.2020.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that inspite of repeated request made to the petitioner to submit the relevant documents, no documents are submitted and therefore the respondent by proceedings dated 03.02.2021, has rejected the application of the petitioner by making it clear that the application will be considered only if the relevant documents are furnished.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed.
