Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to commence the investigation as per proceedings No RC.No.K3/12389/2019 dated 09.03.2019 of the 1st respondent and further to conclude the investigation expeditiously.

ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to commence the further investigation as per the instructions given by the 1st respondent by his letter dated 09.03.2019.
2. The 1st respondent by his letter dated 09.03.2019 had directed the 3rd respondent to take steps to conduct further investigation in the case in order to bringing more materials into the case.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the 2nd respondent had already filed an application under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee seeking for further investigation on 09.08.2019 and the information was also recorded by the Court below on 16.08.2019. Pursuant to the same, the further investigation has also commenced in this case.
4. In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the further investigation and file an additional charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No Costs.
