Ms.Keerthana Shenoi, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-TANGEDCO would submit that the petitioners

submitted a representation on 10.08.2021, seeking additional load. The respondent-TANGEDCO considered the same and granted additional load in favour of the petitioners on 30.09.2021.

2. Since the grievances of the writ petitioners have been redressed, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
