ORDER

Since no adverse Order has been passed against the second respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent herein to dispose of the Appeal Petition filed by the petitioner dated 17.12.2020 within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the vacant land admeasuring to an extent of 2240 sq.ft. vide sale deed dated 18.12.2016. When the petitioner approached the Tahsildar for subdivision of the above properties, she came to know that the revenue records have been wrongly mutated in the name of the second respondent. Therefore, she has given a representation to the Tahsildar and the Tahsildar without considering the documents filed by the petitioner, rejected the claim of the petitioner for issuance of patta. which the petitioner has filed an appeal petition before the first respondent along with all relevant documents. But the same is pending without any progress. Hence, seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose the appeal petition filed by the petitioner.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent shall dispose of the appeal petition filed by the petitioner dated 17.12.2020, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
