ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to conduct investigation in pursuant to the issuance of C.S.R.No.433 of 2025, dated 04.08.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil nadu (Criminal Side) for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent issued C.S.R to the petitioner in C.S.R.No.433 of 2025 and subsequently, conducted enquiry and closed the same in the month of August, 2025.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in accordance with law, if so advised.
