This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1208 days in preferring this Criminal Appeal as against the judgement and conviction rendered by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Cuddalore in Special Sessions Case No.20 of 2018 dated 04.01.2019.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
