ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "directing the respondent to disburse the pending monetary benefits including the salary, P.F. and other monetary

benefits to the petitioner from the date of dismissal i.e. 29.12.2022, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2025."

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as a Bus driver in the respondent Management Corporation in the year 2007. Since the petitioner is suffering from medical issues, he made a written representation to the Corporation to provide office work, however, without considering the same, the respondent corporation has dismissed the petitioner from service on 29.12.2022, which order has been placed before the Commissioner of Labours, the same was rejected and at present, the petitioner is working as bus driver. Seeking to disburse the pending monetary benefits including the salary, P.F. and other monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of dismissal ie., 29.12.2022, the petitioner made a representation dated 25.05.2025 before the respondents, however, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the

respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
