ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2026 and issue a Non-traceable certificate in respect of the sale deed dated 24.02.1989 bearing Document No.740/1989 registered in the office of the Sub Registrar, Chennai South Joint - I.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.03.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
