Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the
records relating to the proceedings dated 9.06.20 having ref.
Na.Ka.No.3720/W1/E1/20 9 issued by the second respondent and the consequential final panel dated 02.07.20 as on 01.01.20 9 comprising the names of PG Assistants along with their ranks for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmasters and quash the same as far as the petitioners are concerned and consequently direct the second respondent to prepare a fresh seniority list by strictly following the rank assigned to the petitioners by the third respondent at the time of their recruitment as PG Teachers.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State would submit that the Government, vide G.O.Ms.No.14, School Education Department, dated 30.01.2020, has considered the case of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmaster as on 01.01.20 9 and promoted the petitioners through counselling held on 11.11.20 9.
2. The aforesaid submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. Since the grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition stands redressed on account of the Government issuing G.O.Ms.No.14, School Education Department, dated 30.01.2020, this Court is
of the view that there is no necessity to pass further orders in the Writ Petition.
4. Accordingly, placing on record the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.Nos.21328 to 21332 of 9 are closed.
