[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.J.Kamaraj, learned counsel on record for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' ['HCP' for the sake of brevity] as it came to light that a private individual [Mr.Srinivasan, son of Mr.Putlu] against whom some allegations have been made has not been made a party.

2. Learned counsel on record has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/5

3. Aforementioned endorsement is reiterated in the hearing.

4. In the light of the endorsement and reiteration of the same, captioned HCP is disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving all the rights and contentions of the petitioner and all concerned to come up with same/similar prayer after adding parties concerned.
