The petitioner K.Subramanian, originally filed O.A.No.3640 of 2003 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Chennai, challenging the impugned order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.G1 10512/02 dated 10.10.2003 by which his date of regularisation has been postponed from 25.04.1983 to 26.09.1983. 2.
Subsequently, in view of the abolition of the Tribunal, the matter stood transferred to this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.14421 of 2007. 3.
When the matter was called on 30.01.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, in order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to afford yet another opportunity to the petitioner, the Writ Petition was ordered to be listed today i.e. on 2.2.2015 under the caption, 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Mr.R.Govindasamy, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 is ready.
4. In view of the non-appearance of the petitioner continuously on two occasions, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further.
