Surrender from 2011 to 2019 for 9 years amount of Rs. 1,89,705/- and altogether a sum of Rs. 15,28,003/- with interest at the rate of 6 percent annum by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2018.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to settle the terminal benefits of the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the terminal benefits of the petitioner has been settled.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent and he had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Hence, nothing remains for further consideration in this writ petition.
