ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.Op.No.10662 of 2020, order dated 16.07.2020 that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.10662 of 2020, on 16.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
