This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 308 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. As the Order impugned Order has been passed only on 06.01.2024, this Court is of the view that the petition for condoning he delay is not at all required.

Any how as the application has been filed to condone the delay, and as the delay is not there, no notice is required to the respondent.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
